Is Your Dog is Afraid of Fireworks

Happy Fourth Of July

As you gather with your family and friends this holiday for barbacues and to watch fireworks don’t forget your 4 legged friends that might be afraid of the noise. Here are a couple of remedies that might help.

Bach’s Rescue Remedy is a natural stress reliever for of all kinds of emotional stress. Simply add four drops to water or your could also rub a drop on their ear. Or you can place drops directly under or on their tongue. Every bottle comes with it’s own dropper to perfectly measure four drops.

Lavender Essential Oils helps to calm anxiety and stress. However you do not want to give this internally, put a drop on a kerchief and put it on your dogs neck. Remember Lavender Essential Oil is for aromatherapy and for (external) use only.

You should be able to find both of these products at your local health store and some pharmacies carry them also. By the way way these work great for humans too!

To You and Your Pets Health,

Alice
